Yellow Liquid is an item that temporarily prevents a Mammet-19 Epsilon, Mammet-22 Zeta or Mammet-800 from changing jobs. It is used in the "Uninvited Guests" quest. It is dropped by Mammet-19 Epsilon, Mammet-22 Zeta, and Mammet-800.

Yellow Liquid is a loot that can be dropped from Jelly, Hecteyes, and Oiling, stolen from Jelly and Oiling, or poached Jelly, Oiling, and Slime. One is required to make the Loxley Bow and Bamboo Arrows, while two are required to make the Crossbow and Long Bolts. It sells for 531 gil.

Yellow Liquid is a medium-ranked Viscous Fluid that can be Scavenged from Strange Liquid on Muruc Cahuac Skysea and Tswarra, Isle of the Lost or bought at the Sky Saloon in Chapter 8 for 2025 gil (10% discount). It can be used to craft Discharger, Blood Sword, and Duster.

Yellow Liquid is a loot that can be obtained by completing the missions "Komodo Arrival" and "I Got a Bad Feeling". It is required to create the Lost Gun, Ligatur, Sledgehammer, Four of Spades, Jack of Diamonds, Veil of Wiyu, and Platinum Armor. It sells for 200 gil.
