In the International and HD Remaster versions of the game, this fiend can be captured from Mt. Gagazet in a Trap Pod S, during Chapters 1 and 2, it comes wielding Lightning Eater, Magic Up, and Thunder. Unless YRP has a way to negate the Water weakness that is inherited within Lightning-based fiends, e.g., either equipping it or developing it with the NulTide or Cerulean Ring, it is advisable to keep the electric fiend away from fiends with strong Water attacks or spells.
It has low Strength, Evasion, and Luck, but its' Defense and Magic Defense are absurdly high, a common trait for the Elemental family of fiends, and it has mediocre Accuracy, but it is quite slow in terms of Agility.
Fiend Tale Edit
If YRP try to read this fiend's life story, then the attempt will fail because it has no life story. This is because the fiend was born for one purpose alone: fighting. However, even after leveling the Yellow Elemental up in story, it does not turn into an aeon.
It is an extremely weak monster and is of no threat to the party. It is simply enough to hit the Yellow Elemental with its opposing Element: Water. Even when this fiend is Oversouled, it is still easy to dispose of, needing nothing more than Water-based spells, attacks, or items.
However, due to its' Lightning Eater, using Electricity based attacks, spells, and items is advised against as it will restore HP upon being hit.
