World Preview (ワールドプレビュー, Wārudo Purebyū?) are a series of guides released by Square Enix. The guides are published before the games are released and are designed to give a taster of the game. They heavily feature screenshots and promotional materials. They describe gameplay but do not give values and details. They also feature interviews. Bonus novellas are often published in the guides.
For Final Fantasy XV a World Prologue guide was released by Dengeki PlayStation which featured a "Final Fantasy XV World Preview" section. The Official Establishment File served a similar purpose for the original Final Fantasy VII.
