Windstorm is a Enhancing Magic spell in Final Fantasy XI exclusive to Scholars. It will give a (single) Air-weather status around the targeted party member. While this has no direct effect on the player, certain equipment is activated by weather as well as some elemental magic. If the Scholar has the Stormsurge merit trait, this spell will also provide an AGI boost.
