A mutant rat that attacks by scratching its enemies.

The Wild Rat is an enemy in Final Fantasy VI, found in the Narshe Mines. Wild Rats often attack in groups, but only use normal attacks and a slightly stronger attack called Scratch. Group-casting Fire on them with Terra will easily kill them, as will using Edgar's Auto Crossbow.
