The White Mage is a crown in Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light obtained after defeating the Sand Devil at Quicksand Castle.

The White Mage keeps the traditional hood as in previous games. It reduces the AP cost for using White Magic by one and they have a high Spirit stat.

In the beginning the job is valuable as they have the Healthgiver and Lifegiver abilities, which allows healing spells to be used on all party members at once. The abilities become outclassed when the player has access to the Curaga spell. White Mage has the lowest Strength multiplier out of all the classes. When upgraded all the way, the job has access to the powerful Miracle ability, which heals all party members fully and removes all status effects. Its special piece of armor, the White Robe, raises the wearer's Spirit by 20%.
