Template:See Also The (White Mage, 白魔法使い?, lit. Shiromahoutsukai) is a crown in Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light obtained after defeating the Sand Devil at Quicksand Castle.
The appearance of the White Mage in this game keeps the traditional white hood as in previous games. The White Mage is a good addition in battle since they reduce the AP cost for using White Magic by one and they have a high Spirit stat.
In the beginning of the game the job is valuable due to the fact they have the Healthgiver and Lifegiver abilities, which allows healing spells to be used on all party members, but eventually the earlier mentioned abilities will become outclassed when the player has access to the Curaga spell. When upgraded all the way the job has access to use the powerful Miracle ability, which heals all party members fully and removes all debuffs.
