Whispering Wind in the DS version of Final Fantasy IV.
Whispering Wind (かぜのささやき or 風の囁き, Kaze no Sasayaki?), also known as Whisperwind, WhispWind, and Wind, is a recurring ability in the series, and is the ability of the Sylph. It generally restores HP to the entire party evenly after draining HP from an enemy.
