Weather Eye
Weather Eye is a minor character in Final Fantasy XII. First seen as an adventurer, he is a seeq at the Rabanastre Southgate who can predict when the weather on the Giza Plains will change, which happens on a three-hour cycle.
He is an ordinary Rabanastran until after the events at the Tomb of Raithwall, at which point he tells Vaan of his ability. He plays no major role in the game, but is helpful when needed.
