The '''Weapons Monthly''' [[magazine]]s are items in ''[[Final Fantasy VIII]]'', found in various places around the [[Final Fantasy VIII locations|world of ''Final Fantasy VIII'']]. Each magazine contains information about various models of [[Final Fantasy VIII weapons|weapons]], which can be upgraded. [[Squall (Final Fantasy VIII party member)|Squall]] is the only character to have a weapon in every issue. Even though weapons can be upgraded without the magazines in which they are mentioned, they are still useful, as they give the player information on how many items are needed for the upgrades.

All of the magazines can be purchased in [[Esthar City|Esthar's]] Book Store, although the 1st issue requires the [[Guardian Force]] [[Tonberry (Final Fantasy VIII summon)|Tonberry's]] [[Familiar (Final Fantasy VIII)|Familiar]] ability to appear in the shop list.

Found in the [[Deling City Sewers]]. Located behind the Presidential Residence, this portion of the sewers can be accessed by either [[Rinoa Heartilly|Rinoa]] or Squall during their respective trips into the residence. If the player did not get it then, the door that connects this section with the rest of the sewers is open after the party has escaped from the [[D-District Prison]], thus the magazine can still be obtained later on.
