Recurring Characters

Daria Hourne: Baby daughter to Vinera and Dario.
Soleius Leonis: Baby son to Machérie and Mont.
Thorbek/Masachika: Quill's great-grandson and Sadali's steward in the final timeline before the current one. He accompanied Sadali to the final battle in the cave below Leonis, and also had his soul returned to the past when Gilgamesh used the crystal to rewind time. Unfortunately, as Thorbek wasn't born yet during that time, his soul wandered aimlessly, until he possessed an ancestor of his. Consumed by his fear of the Realmscourge, he went on to forge a blade to vanquish it, the Mournblade, even infusing it with his very soul. The sentient blade's power was then sealed away, with only the six blades entrusted to the Masters of the East together being able to break the seal.
Realmscourge: A bio-organic weapon once developed by Amnelis. After breaking free from its seal, it starts hunting the people of Ardra, devouring their souls to grow ever stronger. Only the Mournblade is said to be able to defeat it.
Will of Light: A godlike entity residing in the Farplane. She oversees the Warriors of the Crystals, sending them on missions to resolve threats to the balance of the universe.

Minor Characters

《Simulacra》4006_α: A Simulacra leading one of the 3 squads sent to Ardra. Her missions were to dispose of Melnia and find the Mournblade in her stead. Met her end at the hands of Garrousa after underestimating him.
《Simulacra》3112_β: A Simulacra leading one of the 3 squads sent to Ardra. In order to find the Mournblade, she tailed Ramada's group to the Netherglade, where she lost her life in battle.
Rasheena Ovis: The youngest of the triplet princesses of Ovis. She is killed by Rundall soldiers after fleeing from Ovis castle in an attempt to seek help, although her father considered her nothing more than a diversion to facilitate Lucielle's escape.
Rogaul: The corrupt chancellor of Wezette and mastermind of the royalist faction. Always held himself in the background while secretly enriching himself through various nefarious activities. His attempt to have Glaciela and Roseluna kill one another instead led to his own undoing at the hands of the former, with the Realmscourge devouring his soul afterwards.
Harvas: A master swordsmith and father to Lemuré. He was poisoned by Garvall's Arms Dealer's Guild after refusing to work for them. Though he survived, he became severely disfigured. Sensing his coming demise, he summoned his two apprentices, Velric and Zachar, and had them fight over the right to become his successor.
Biggs and Wedge: A pair of soldiers from Leonis who accompanied Elsirelle, Ildyra, Miranda and Karsha to an expedition into the Netherglade.
Torus: A Leonisian soldier whose soul was devoured by the Realmscourge. A rumor of ghosts spread after fellow soldiers spotted what appeared to be his apparition after a lightning strike during a stormy night on the Hill of Heroes, below which the Realmscourge's carcass was buried.
Volke: Lilyth's younger brother. He was killed when Fennes attacked his village.
Zhord: King of Giala. In a time before Maevia married king Rhegis, talks about an alliance between Giala and Wezette fell through after Zhord's younger son was killed. After Zhord's elder son was killed as well after a failed attempt of revenge, Khury challenged him to a fight, with the winner getting to rule both countries. Unfortunately, the people of Giala instead resorted to mass suicide after their king's death, refusing to live under Khury's rule.
Kharles: The eldest son of Zhord and prince of Giala. Maevia accepted him as a ward to the Wezette royal family to establish an alliance. Kharles used this opportunity to duel Khury for the throne in order to exact his revenge on the royal family, but lost the battle and his life in the process after nearly killing Maevia.
Torex: Cyrelle's employer and a rich collector of arts whose life was targeted. Little Leela was apprehended as a suspect, but instead ended up solving the crime. It is unknown how much of the tale is true or made up by the girl.
Gigot: Lord Torex' butler. He assassinated his master for revenge. Lord Torex had driven Gigot's father, a sculptor, to an early death after crippling his fingers to ensure he would no longer craft new works of art and devalue the ones in Torex' possession.
Quill: The man who found Sadali and Exia after they had been washed ashore off Ardra's coast. His family went on to become Sadali's stewards.
Raquille: A young boy from Locum, a village in Tessera. For foiling an attempt to kidnap the boy, Sadali was elevated to the rank of a priest.
Omachee: An ochu from another world where monsters are intelligent and peacefully coexist with humans. Had a crush on Dario and helped his group.
Ijimah: A wolf from another world where humans and monsters live in harmony.
Sahda: An elemental from another world where humans and monsters live in harmony.
Vardia: Former Crystal Warrior of Light. Upon his death, his lingering regrets manifested in the form of a vision of himself, Astrius.

Background Characters

Hugar Groms: A renowned blacksmith and creator of Wolvenshade, one of the six blades. Father to Howlet, Tyytas and Chel. After sending Howlet on a quest to collect his sword, he went into hiding to avoid the Arms Dealer's Guild's fangs.
Melisa: A woman with limitless magic, due to which she was used as the genetical basis of the Simulacra, the superior homunculi used by the Empire. By proving her worth, Melnia aimed to have Melisa freed from her fate.
Isaac: One of the Six Fangs of Heindler. As he was part of the pro-Rundall faction, he was assassinated by Jeter.
Mallius: Kilphe's younger brother. Was used as a hostage to force Kilphe to work for the Fennes army. Killed by Muraga.
Corello: Serjes' brother. Fell victim to the infighting for the succession to the throne.
Vidd: Frederika's older brother and previous leader of the People of the Forest. Was on good terms with Hourne. Killed while protecting his comrades during a monster ambush.
Glahz: The corrupt former commander of Nitor, who robbed the position from Adelard's father. Once Adelard earned the loyalty of the Nitor soldiers, they confessed Glahz' crimes, leading to his punishment.
Lana Wezette (née Gerard): The late queen of Wezette, wife to Khury and mother to Roseluna.
Rhegis Wezette: The former king of Wezette, husband of Maevia and father to Khury and his two brothers. Was accidentally shot by Khury during a battle against Fennes.
Galack Leonis: Oelde's father, the former king of Leonis. Was killed in battle against Wezette.
Gadra Fennes: Former king of Fennes. Fell in battle against the Leonis-Wezette alliance without leaving an heir.
Gustus Lykeros: The previous king of Lykeros, said to have been a wise man. After his death, his son Zahd ascended to the throne.
Gosel: A late genius sculptor whose statues of monsters found their way into lord Torex' collection. Implied to be Gigot's father.
Elmo: Sadali's pet mouse. It accompanied him to Ardra, where it founded a large family in the forests behind Dynverk Cathedral.
Kalidra: Former Crystal Warrior of Darkness. Disregarding his orders, he rescued the Mont of a different timeline who would later on become the Ashen King.
"Dark Lord": A powerful summoner from one of the many worlds the Ashen King travelled to. They attempted to bring peace to the world together, but the populace feared and hated the summoner so much they branded him as the "Dark Lord". His espers were in turn consumed by madness and completely devastated the world.
Vlad: The emperor of Aldore in the faraway world of Paladia. Responsible for exiling his own subordinate Gilgamesh, as well as Amnelis and the Realmscourge to Ardra due to his fear of the latter.
