The fight with Garuda can actually be quite easy. As you said, it only uses physical attacks, and it can be blinded. Equip all characters with ranged weapons, blind it, use the Eskir Berries, and then just keep attacking. I managed to beat it in less than a minute this way and suffered negligible damage. About the fight with the wraith, it can be left less to chance if you were to berserk it. That spell is available after comming back from the laviathon, but the downside is that it has a pretty strong attack. I advise some leveling to make sure that you can have a garunteed victory. - Ninja of Wind
