Mr Tz, I guess you need to have that Agrias-Ovelia cutscene where she gives a knife to the princess before you can read the rumor in Gariland. Took me sometime to realize it, so other users may have the same problem.

No problem, dude. I guess it was already in page ... 47? But that quest is just the Agrias gift, so if the player jumps that part, he won't be able to read the rumor.
