Strategy: So, we finally meet the so called Judge of Wings who like all Judges, looks incredibly cool in her armor which is only made cooler by having wings. She is no pushover in battle though and gets harder and harder every time you face her. Again in this battle Leviathan is your best friend and will beat Shiva with ease. Stand your ground at the beginning of the fight. Let the Judge of Wings come to you. When she comes focus everything on her. She has a lot of HP but you don't need to take it all Down. Make sure Penelo is healing efficiently. Once she is gone take care of her cronies and replace any dead espers with a Rank III Esper. There are 4 goblins in the corner, 2 Cu Sith and 4 Sirens, Eliminate them and Capture the Summoning Gate. Out down the corner of the map where the Sirens are there should be some Cu Sith heading towards you. Wait for them and attack them before moving onto Shiva. Shiva is quite hard and the Sirens will come up to help her but aim all your attacks to her. You may lose it here if you are underpowered but hopefully you did those side mission and everything will fall into place. | ||||||||||||||||||
