37 - Dying of the Light[]

FFXIII enemy Rafflesia
Mark: Rafflesia
Cie'th Stone Location: Faultwarrens - Primeval Crossroads
Mark Location: Faultwarrens - A Dance of Light
Class: C
Reward: Star Pendant
Note:

Get a preemptive strike and Blitz em all.

38 - Moonlit Madness[]

Verdelet
Mark: Verdelet
Cie'th Stone Location: Faultwarrens - A Dance of Shadow
Mark Location: Faultwarrens - Via Lunae
Class: B
Reward: Diamond Bangle
Note: There are 2 extra Verdelet and an Adroa with the Mark.

If you don't feel like fighting a Juggernaut or two, you need to get a preemptive strike no matter what. If you get a preemptive strike, Blitz 'em all into nothing.

39 - Seeing Stars[]

FFXIII enemy Ochu
Mark: Ochu
Cie'th Stone Location: Faultwarrens - A Dance of Shadow/A Dance of Light
Mark Location: Faultwarrens - Via Stellarum
Class: C
Reward: Siltstone Ring
Note: There are 2 Microchus with the Ochu. I highly recommend your party's HP is over 10,000 when you fight these.

Start with Guerrilla and attack the Ochu first. They are weak to fire, so your Synergist should set you up with Enfire. When they have 2 or 3 debuffs, switch to Relentless Assault and take the Ochu out. Don't bother staggering it. The percentage is too high to get it staggered. For the Microchus, switch to Aggression and take them out.

40 - Solar Power[]

Verdelet
Mark: Verdelet
Cie'th Stone Location: Faultwarrens - A Dance of Light
Mark Location: Faultwarrens - Via Solis
Class: B
Reward: Zealot's Amulet
Note: There's an extra Verdelet to deal with.

Use Aggression. Attack whichever one is Summoning first and kill it before it summons. Then do the same with the other Verdelet.

41 - Gaian Grudge[]

FFXIII Tonberry
Mark: Tonberry
Cie'th Stone Location: Faultwarrens - Via Lunae
Mark Location: Faultwarrens - Gaian Path
Class: A
Reward: Doctor's Code
Note: There are 3 Tonberries this time. I recommend the party of Lightning, Fang, and Hope

You can get a preemptive strike on them. Go through a few rounds of Aggression so the chain guage doesn't drop so easily. Switch to Bully and get atleast Deprotect of a few of them. When one is around half HP, switch to Relentless Assault. Hopefully, Hope will use magic that hits a wide area. You need to be quick with this. Take atleast 2 Tonberries down when they're staggered and you'll be good to go. Debuff and stagger the last one and the rest is easy.

42 - Antihero[]

FFXIII enemy Borgbear Hero
Mark: Borgbear Hero
Cie'th Stone Location: Faultwarrens - Via Lunae/Via Stellarum
Mark Location: Faultwarrens - Salamandrine Path
Class: B
Reward: Witch's Bracelet
Note: There's 4 Borgbears with the Borgbear Hero.

Go for the Borgbear Hero first. Use Relentless Assault and take them down one by one.

43 - The Hero Never Dies[]

FFXIII enemy Borgbear Hero
Mark: Borgbear Hero
Cie'th Stone Location: Faultwarrens - Via Stellarum/Via Solis
Mark Location: Faultwarrens - Sylphid Path
Class: B
Reward: Speed Sash
Note: Additional enemies are Borgbear, Goblin, Goblin Chieftain, Munchkin, Munchkin Maestro

Not much to this fight. Start with any offensive Paradigm and take them down.

44 - The Old Ones go to Rust[]

FFXIII Corrosive Custard
Mark: Corrosive Custard
Cie'th Stone Location: Faultwarrens - Via Solis
Mark Location: Faultwarrens - Nereid Path
Class: A
Reward: General's Belt
Note: Additional mosters are a Monstrous Flan and a Hybrid Flora.

Get a preemptive strike. Make things easier by using a Deceptisol. Go with Aggression and attack the Corrosive Custard. Go through a round of Aggression, then switch to Relentless Assault. When that's done, attack the flan thats close to being staggered and do the same with that. For me it's usually the Monstrous Flan. As for the Hybrid Flora, switch to Tri-disaster and it'll be gone in no time.

45 - Emergent Evolution[]

FFXIII enemy Neochu
Mark: Neochu
Cie'th Stone Location: Faultwarrens - Gaian Path
Mark Location: Faultwarrens - Titan's Throne
Class: A
Reward: Hunter's Friend
Note: If you're party does not have over 13,000 HP come back later.

I recommend you try a Death strategy. Vanille and Fang should be Synergists with -ra level spells. That should make things easier. Its Screech is extremely powerful and can kill you're party, so switch to Tortoise or Combat Clinic when that happens. If it uses Seed Dispersal, Switch to Relentless Assault and take them out one by one, but also keep the Neochu's stagger high. It can also use an attack that will give your party a lot of debuffs. If that happens, you should probably use Dispelga. Just keep those buffs on you and keep it's stagger gauge above 170%.

Another strategy would be the Random Instant Chain. Since it's random I have no idea if it'll work for you like it did for me. I tried it and it worked within 2 minutes. That's why I can't come up with a better strategy...

46 - On Silent Wings[]

Zirnitra FFXIII
Mark: Zirnitra
Cie'th Stone Location: Faultwarrens - Salamandrine Path
Mark Location: Faultwarrens - Titan's Throne
Class: A
Reward: Gilgamesh, Inc.
Note: You should probably have over 10,000 HP for this battle.

You won't hear me say this a lot, but start out with Premediation with Lightning as a Sentinel. She'll use Provoke and it'll attack her instead of other people. Elude, one of her 2 (that's right, two) ATB skills, makes it so all of the attacks miss. Once it has at least 3 debuffs and your party has haste, switch to Tri-disaster. When it's staggered switch to Aggression.
