I know it kind of sucks, but you're going to have to repeat some of these missions a few times to get to the new ones. Don't worry though, the game only stores your highest battle rating, so you only need to get 5 stars once on each mission. After killing off the Gurangatch from mission 35 again, take the stone behind him and redo mission 37. From here, take the left fork this time and accept mission 39.
Via Stellarum[]
This is probably the hardest mission of the Trials to make 5 stars on, but don't restart if you fail this time because we'll be coming through here one more time later on.
There are only 2 Microchus joining the big guy here, as opposed to the 5 in Aggra's Pasture. Start off with Smart Bomb so you can manually spam Deprotect on the Ochu until it sticks, then go to Relentless Assault/ Diversity and keep stabbing it until it dies. At about half HP, it will use Seed Dispersal to get a total of 5 Microchus in the battle, including the original 2 if you didn't kill them off. With the Ochu out of the way, go to Aggression to mop up the little ones with Blitz/ Ruinga, which I had to input manually since Fang wouldn't use multi-target attacks for some reason. If they all have Brave you should use Dispelga to weaken their attacks for only 1 TP. The key to making a good time is getting Deprotect to hit early and hoping the Ochu doesn't target Fang for its attacks. If you're really struggling to get 5 stars, use Sazh for Haste while you're spamming Deprotect at the beginning (use SAB SYN RAV), this should put you over the top.
Titan's Throne[]
Take the right path to redo mission 43, go around the right half of the circle this time. After you kill off the gaggle of goblins, turn around and go back to the stone you passed along the way, it gives you mission 49.
You should have already killed a few of these, or at least the one that was guarding the mission 53 stone in Mah'habara. Once again, use Smart Bomb to get Deprotect, then go to Relentless Assault to stagger and kill him while ignoring the blade.
Nereid Path[]
You will end up all the way back at the beginning again, and once again you will need to complete missions 35 and 37 to move toward the goal. After 37, you'll have to redo 40 before finally using the mission 44 stone to reach a new area.
The mark is joined by a Monstrous Flan and a Hybrid Flora, neither of which pose much of a threat. This one would be tough to hit 5 stars on, but you can use the terrain to your advantage. Sneak around to the little hill on the left side of the area and hide behind it until they all face the other way, then jump out and stab the nearest one in the back. Start off with Relentless Assault and focus on the Custard, I would use a Librascope after you hit him once with your Commando. Now you won't have any problem finishing him before the stagger ends, when he's gone switch to Ruthless and take out the Hybrid Flora first. Vanille should help you out by Deshelling it, then while you Ruin him she should debuff the Flan. Make sure he has Deshell before going back to RA to torch him with Firaga and Ruin.
Titan's Throne[]
There's only one stone to take from here, so move on to another easy final battle.
You know how to kill these by now. Go with Smart Bomb to get Deprotect, then switch to Relentless Assault to make him change forms while still driving up his chain. When he stands, go to Ruthless to get Deprotect back, then finish him quickly with Aggression.
Another One Bites the Dust[]
That's 3 out of 7 trials, and 2 out of 4 pages for the Faultwarrens. That's also 53 out of 64 total missions if you're keeping track, we'll take down 4 more on the next page.
