Another day, another page, this sure has happenned a lot, uh? Well, this is just my duty to complete, I'm TenzaZangetsu.
Lionel[]
Before going to Lionel, make a quick on Dorter and read the Rumor Lionel's New Liege Lord, then go to Lionel, be aware, besides of the last battle in the storyline, this is the last Multi-battle zone so make a backup file to save your progress from becoming useless. Also, Beowulf must be in the party, together with Reis in her human form, you can do this Sidequest after the events at Mullonde.
Reis and Beowulf are talking to each other about their homeland and the fact they cannot go back because they're both heretics. Beowulf leaves to check if his help is needed to depart and that's when we heard Reis's scream. The one who kidnap Reis was Aliste Rosenheim, another Sephiroth look-alike and a EX-Knight Templar, just like Beowulf and an old friend of him. This guy is working with Bremondt Freitberg, a coward who wants Reis for himself but Aliste is only for Beowulf's head and the reward that comes with it. Beowulf now has to go to the castle to save Reis.
This is the beginning of the Multi-battle zone so prepared your Backup slot for this. Beowulf becomes an ally, by the way.

Strategy[]
We appear in the same area where Gaffgarion died, only that now the gates are open and Aliste is the new guy trying to kill us, sounds like fun!
This fight is total joke (what a shock), the entire enemy's team is made of light units that aren't strong enought at this point of the game to hurt you, kill them to make them see their mistake of fighting our amazing party. Aliste, on the other hand, is pretty strong. He has all of Beowulf's "Spellblade" attacks and all of Elmdore's "Laido" attacks and he has "Master Teleportation", making him even more dangerous. And on the top of all, he has the Marquis' amazing set of Genji Equipment and you can't steal it because he has "Safeguard".
This is one of those fights where I give you total freedom to choose your units. Go nuts here. The enemy (except Aliste) is so weak that you can actually killed them easily and with no speed, go easy here, relax, enjoy the moment. But if you really want some advices, here I go:
Long range attack here will have a big relevance. Arithmeticians, Balthier, Swordskills, "Teleport" and even Archers can help but if you really just want to win the battle, send Cloud close enough to Aliste to use "Stop" on him, then he'll be a easy target to kill him. Don't rely on Beowulf because the guy is an ally and alliy units sucks. Once you win the battle, we will discover that Aliste was about to die for some sickness and all he wanted was a last battle. Now we must go to save Reis in the last battle, save in your backup file as usual. For winning, you get a Genji Armor, give it to the Dark Knight, Ramza.

Strategy[]
We meet the man behind the kidnap of Reis, Bremondt. Boy, this guy is pathetic, is one of the biggest cowards I have seen in my life (And I have seen many). When Beowulf enters, he offer his soldiers tons of cash for Beowulf's head. What a wimp of a villain, Folmarv is far superior to him.
I must say I'm quite the liker of this type of battle, why? Because the enemy are actually a threat (but far from being a hard battle) but they have amazing sets of equipment. That Mystic has the Chantage accessory, which gives the "Rearise", meaning she will be alive all the time, a great accessory. There's also that Sortilége, another rare accessory, steal it. Those Samurais have the Kiku-ichimonji and the Masamune, two of the best Katanas in the game, more stuff to steal. Bremondt can be a coward but he has great equipment, he has the best Robe in the game, the Lordly Robe and the second best accessory in the game (the first being the Tynar Rogue), the Ribbon, giving him immunity to all negative status effects. But you can't steal his equipment because the guy has "Safeguard", damn.
The enemy's doesnt have a lot to offer to the table. Mystics and Samurais, how boring, specially after stealing their equipment but Bremondt's special Job Class, Celebrant, is just the same Job that Zalmour had and Bremondt is actually more coward than him and he will try to hide in a corner while you kill his entire team. Wimp.
To steal that equipment the fastest possible, Balthier and your Dragoon/Thief must be in your party. Excepting Bremondt, the entire enemy's team is full of women, which makes "Steal Heart" a great strategy to steal the equipment without distractions. Don't leave this battle without those stuff, those things are pretty hard to find in this game. Kill Beowulf so that way he won't kill any those Samurais or Mystics. Once you have all the equipments, revive him and focus on Bremondt. Once you defeat him, he will turn into some Dark Dragon (Lucavi Style) and we will have to kill him again.
This guy may have being a wuss as a human but he's very powerful as a Dragon. Think of him as a stronger Reis in her Dragon form. He also has tons of HP but you have your entire party and Beowulf focusing on him and he's not strong enough to kill your strongest units with one attack. Another piece of cake, what a pushover.
With his defeat, this is the end of Bremondt who still wants to claim Reis as his but I think Beowulf won because, of the two of them, he's the only one alive.
After Battle[]
Ramza and Beowulf finally find Reis in one of the rooms after being looking in several others. Reis gives Beowulf a big hug and they both thank Ramza for his actions. Afterwards, you'll have the choice of accepting both of them again in your party. We need Beowulf for the final battle and Reis can be his company for those lonely nights, if you what I mean, Beowulf? We need more chick in our party.
You also get tons of treasures at the end of the scene, see? These Sidequests are really helpful. We'll be having more on the next page.
