Mullonde Edit

The Pope Marcel has being stabbed in the back by his own Templars, who only want to find the Necrohol to awake his Leader and Marcel, being a total coward gives him the location of the place. Then our party gets to Mullonde.

Strategy Edit

This battlefield is quite odd since you're fighting on the top of a church but whatever. Theenemy's team is full of Mages (except the Geomancers), just like in the fight with Cletienne but this time he is not here, making this thing even more easy. Half of the team are Orators while the White Mage and the Summoners can actually be a threat while excepting that Geomancer with "Dual Wield", the rest of the team is a joke.

If you train your team to level 57, this is a great chance to try your new powers. The Arithmeticians can use their ultra Mage powers against the Geomancers while your Swordskill characters walk to the roof of the church to start the killing. Cloud can be a great aid with his Time Magic, "Cross Slash" can help too. Like the rest of the battles in Chapter 4, this one is really easy, you shouldn't have a problem to win here. The battlefield is pretty big, which make long range attacks very helpfuls.

Strategy Edit

We finally meet Folmarv in person. Folmarv demands the Scriptures in exchange of Alma, Ramza obeys but like any good Villain, the Templar decieves us. Now we fight!

This fight is a lot like the one we had we Elmdore and the Lucavi Assassins, the three of them have all around good stats but they don't have the best Jobs, I must say. Sure, Cletienne is an amazing Mage but Loffrey and Folmarv only have the same Divine Knight Job of Melia but you can still lose your precious equipment so don't get cocky here, use all your power to end this. And no, they don't have amazing sets of equipment, unlike Elmdore.

You only need to kill Folmarv and that's what you should do, focus on him. You can't still rare pieces of equipment or learn any Ability a la Celia and Lettie, so you don't have any need to delay the battle. The Thunder God and Agrias with the Tynar Rogue can kill Cletienne and Loffrey while Balthier, Ramza and a backup unit finish Folmarv. This fight is one of the easiest battles in the game, lose and you should stop playing RPGs for the rest of your life.

When you win, the three will disappear and the Necrohol can now be open. Great, we are now against the wall here.

Strategy Edit

Folmarv is found by Ramza in a catacomb or something for that manner. The man summons the person I was least expecting: Zalbaag! Now the Temmplar is forcing Zal to fight Ramza with a Ultima Demon and Archaeodaemons while the man leaves with a chuckle, damn him! Zal, I actually like you so sorry for this, man, I'd prefer to see Dyce like a Zombie than him.

This fight is very odd in the fact that you have more units than the enemy and far superior units, obviously. The Ultima Demon and the Archaeodaemons are no longer a threat at this stage of the game, piece of cake. Zalbaag is not that easy, actually, he can make this fight a bit hard. He has that "Blade of Ruin" command of his last fight and he now has that annoying "Vampire" attack from Elmdore. The goal of battle is to kill Zal, try to do it because if you don't, you'll have an entire team of vampires against you.

The key to win is to do it quick. Send all your team towards Zalbaag and hit him with the best you go, don't waste turns on the other enemies, focus all your attacks on him. This fight is really annoying but stuff like the Thunder God and the Arithmeticians to end Zal's rebirth. Don't disobey me, do it! or else...

After Battle Edit

Ramza finds the Pope wounded in the Audience Chamber. The man doesn't too much strength left inside him and soon dies, not without telling us that the Templars are now going to Orbonne but we have to do the last Sidequests of the game before going there, I will see you on the next page.
