Let's get into the Walkthrough, I have no time to waste.
Beginning of Chapter 4 and Preparations
Ramza, Rapha and Marach are in the place where we kill Wiegraf. The party starts disscusing until we get to the conclusion that Folmarv has Alma and he is taking her to Mullonde but Ramza will head to Zeltennia to talk with Delita about this plot of Folmarv with the High Confessor Marcel.
Meanwhile in Zeltennia, Orran is in his home talking with his adoptive father, the Thunder God to welcome him after his confrontation with Zalbaag. The Thunder God starts talking about Goltanna, the Auracite and out of nowhere, he pulls out a Auracite. So this mean the Thunder God is a Lucavi? NNNNNNOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
After watching that scene, you have the control of your party in the World Map. Since this is a new Chapter and the last one, you need to be prepare. Go to the stores in Riovanes, they have the whole heavy equipment for your Knights, Samurais, Agrias or Ramza and powerful Swords like the Icebrand. Dorter has many weapons for Samurais and Ninjas, you should have by now a couple of units with those jobs. Gariland holds equipment and weaponry for the rest of your light units like Mages, Archers or Thieves. Gaia Gear is a nice piece of equipment since it can absorb Earth-Elemental Damage.
You need to do a long training now: First of all, is time to become Ramza in the Dark Knight that he was meant to be. This will take you many fights, he only needs to learn all the skills of the command "Darkness" to be ready, the Support and Movement abilities are not that good. But before you do that, make Luso hit Ramza in Squire class with "Ultima" so he can learn the Spell since we're now in Chapter 4. "Mettle" must be Ramza's backup command as a Dark Knight so he can increase his stats even more. He also can learn "Shout" now, teach him the ability so he can boost his Magic to make "Ultima" a lot stronger.
Make sure to train Luso and Agrias so they can be in top form. Mustadio is not going to need a lot of training since you're going to get a better replacement very soon. Your Black Mage can learn all the -Ja Spells and maybe "Flare". Your White Mage needs to learn "Holy" and "Curaja", those Spells are important. If those class learn the Support Abilities of the Mystic class, you're going to be very strong. If you really like Time Mages, learn "Meteor" might be good idea since you got "Hasteja" and "Swiftness" to compesate the charge time. Also remember to keep your Dragoon/Thief in and a backup unit on the physical department (Ninja, Samurais, Dark Knights or Geomancers) in a good level.
I know, is a lot of training but you're about to see the results in the next battle if you really have listened to me.

|Recommended Level||Level 31|
We found soldiers of the Order of the Southern Sky ready to fight with us but they made a mistake. They forgot I'm your guide in this battle.
This battle is pretty odd. The enemy has a weird combination of Dragoons, Knights and Black Mage. That will make a formidable team for any player, the only problem is they are under the control of the computer, making things so much easier for you. But still, don't be so confident either, you get distracted and you may lose the battle.
The team isn't very strong: Those Dragoons for some weird reason they don't use "Jump" a lot but they still are very powerful, they are your main target. The Knight and the Archer are useless by this moment of the game, a attack or two and they're dead. As usual, the Black Mages can make your life miserable with high level Black Magic but they aren't that deadly as they were in previous battle.
This is where the fun begins. Ramza as a Dark Knight and Agrias can kill those Black Mages easily. "Crushing Blow" and "Hallowed Bolt" are a nice combination to kill those Vivi look-alike. Send a Ninja and Luso to kill those Dragoons. Mustadio and a White Mage are good units to fill the healing position. Since you teach your Black Mage the -Ja Spells, use "Thundaga" to kill the Archer and the Knight.
Samurais, Geomancers and Time Mages are all good ideas to deal heavy damage to the enemy. This is actually a easy fight, you'll be seing a lot of this from now on. Oh, I almost forgot, many of those units have Black Robes, a rare piece of equipment, make your Dragoon/Thief to steal all the Black Robes. Use "Ultima" if you want to give it a shot to the Spell.
After you win the battle, nothing happens, go to your next battle in Bervenia but before that, make sure to teach your main team "Safeguard", you'll be needing this ability for the next battle.:

We meet Meliadoul Tengille (for ever known as Melia in this walkthrough because her full name is weird), Isilud's sister and a Knight Templar. She is pretty upset for the death of her brother and she wants revenge from the guy who killed him, hey dear, we didn't kill Isilud but she doesn't want to listen the truth, instead, she wants to fight us, It seems like a fair bargain to me. By the way, I love this battlefield.
Alright, to win this battle, you only need to kill Melia but the bad news is that she is a wild card. Her special Job Class, the Divine Knight, which allows her to use Swordskills like Agrias but unlike Agrias, her Swordskills not only make damage, depending of which attack she use, she will also destroy a piece of your unit's equipment. That's why I told you to teach your main team "Safeguard" to avoid this situation.
Melia has a team of just female units, which will make "Steal Heart" insanely useful. The Ninja can be a little annoying with "Throw" and her high speed. Those Archers can find a good spot to start attacking you with their Bows. But remember they are Archers which will make you the task of killing them a lot easier because the Archer sucks by now. Now, the scourge of my soul: The Summoners, as usual, are going to be calling heavy crap to your units and since they are in a long distance, it will take you a while to attack them, making the things easy for them to hit you.
Before doing anything, there's something very important you need to know: Melia's weapon, the Defender, is one of the best Knights Swords of the game and very worthwhile, steal it, don't leave this battle without it. After you steal that Sword, Melia won't be able to use her Swordskills, Mustadio's "Leg Shot" is a great idea to stop her afterwards. While your Dragoon/Thief and Mustadio are busy doing that, your other specials (Agrias, Ramza and Luso) can go and kill the Archers and the Ninja, leave the Summoner for last because they willl be wasting turns charging to make their Summons.
Make some use of Spels in this fight since they are very useful to kill many enemies at once. White, Black and Time Mages are amazing sources of heavy damage. Ramza can use "Ultima" after a few turns using "Shout" to help your Mages. Since "Laido" works in the same way as Spells (multiple targets), bring them too. This fight is hard if you don't know what you are doing but if you keep your calm, you can win after a while.
When you try to leave Bervenia, a scene will start. This one is about Ovelia and Delita. Ovelia tries to whistle with a blade of grass, in that moment Delita starts thinking on his sister, Tietra. This scene overrall is pretty boring, the only thing I don't understant is that the place looks like Lesalia but Zalbaag is the enemy of Goltanna so if doesn't make sense.
We will continue in the next page where we are going to meet the most badass Sky Pirate of all Ivalice!
