Template:FFVIII Enemies 3 Tier Vysage is an enemy from Final Fantasy VIII. Appears as a giant face coming out of the ground. Sometimes seen with Lefty and Righty. The Gargantua fight begins with a Vysage fight.

Vysage's moves include Stare which is a status-inflicting attack on a party member; these may be Confuse, Silence, Poison, or Blind. Sigh is an attack on all members. Two other attacks are done only when Lefty and Righty are present: Squeeze is a physical attack on a target, while Curse is not the spell, but an attack which causes Doom to a target.

Etymology

"Visage" is French for "Face", and is pronounced the same way as "Vysage".
