Vukki-Chebukki is a non-player character in Final Fantasy XI.
He is a famous bounty hunter known as Goldmane.
History[]
Vukki-Chebukki was a famous bounty hunter known as Goldmane. He resided in Tavnazian Marquisate with his wife and his three children. Twenty years ago, he captured the dangerous criminal known as Atarefaunet and took him to the Kingdom of San d'Oria so that he could be executed. During the travel, he heard news of the destruction of the Marquisate and thought that there were no survivors. After thinking that Atarefaunet died, he decided to retire in the Purgonorgo Isle.
During the events of Chains of Promathia, he was found by his old adversary, who had faked his death and was now under the identity of Louverance N Mistalle. The thief wanted information about a mission that Goldmane accepted years ago to find an entrance to Al'Taieu. Vukki-Chebukki threatened him to send a letter to the Kingdom informing about Atarefaunet, but he dismissed the threat and mocked the bounty hunter for believing that there were no survivors in Tavnazia. After giving Atarefaunet all the information he knew, he quickly fled, probably to look for information about his family.
After Promathia was defeated, Vukki-Chebukki was able to find and reunite with his missing children, that were the Chebukki Siblings.
