Version	Changes
Stormblood	Added with 550 potency and 5% base MP cost. Was a standalone action not tied to Verthunder but could still only be used after Enchanted Redoublement. Combos had only a 12 second window to complete.
Patch 4.4	Potency increased to 600.
Shadowbringers	MP cost set at 400 with MP system overhaul. Now replaces Verthunder after using Enchanted Redoublement. Combo window increased to 15 seconds.

PvP patch history

Stormblood	Added with 3000 potency and 2.3 second recast. Combos had only a 12 second window to complete.
Patch 4.1	Now restored 250 TP.
Shadowbringers	Potency reduced to 2400. Recast time increased to 2.4 seconds. No longer restores TP with removal of TP system. Combo window increased to 15 seconds.
