The Verdelet is a mark in Final Fantasy XIII. It appears in Missions 4, 11, 38, 40, and 48. A small and vulnerable enemy, its true strength lies in its ability to summon larger monsters to field after a long charging time. In each mission, the Verdelet can summon a different monster, though they are usually large and difficult, like the Uridimmu.

Battle[]
Verdelet are often accompanied by Adroa, who can also summon monsters. It is therefore advantageous to defeat them quickly. This can be done by entering battle with (or quickly switching into) a Cerberus paradigm (COM/COM/COM), and they will be defeated in a matter of seconds.
