"Veiled Aggression (Jump Festa 2015 Trailer)" is a medley of "The Aggressors" and "Veiled in Black" used for the Jump Festa 2015 trailer of the game. It was released as a bonus track on the Final Fantasy XV: Ultimate Collector's Edition Special Soundtrack and as track 3 on the Final Fantasy XV Original Soundtrack Unreleased Trailer Music Collection. Prior to the release of the game's original soundtrack, "Veiled in Black" and "Veiled in Black (Arrangement)" were released on the Ultimate Collector's Edition Special Soundtrack.
In the Royal Edition and Windows Edition, "Veiled in Black (Insomnia Arrangement)" is a new arrangement by Yoshitaka Suzuki that plays in Insomnia. It is track 76 of disc 1 on the Final Fantasy XV Original Soundtrack Volume 2.

An arrangement of "Veiled in Black" plays as the background music for the Fishing minigame, and when Lann is equipped with Noctis's Champion Jewel. The player may also select this theme as the background music for battles from the Config section of the main menu, labeled as "Champion Theme: Noctis". The track has not been officially released.

Piano Collections Final Fantasy XV Concert[]
"Drunk on Darkness -Veiled in Black-" was performed live for the concert in 2017. The pianist for the Tokyo performance in May was Yui Morishita (Duke of Pianeet) and the pianist for the Osaka performance June was Hiroyuki Nakayama. The recording from the Osaka performance on June 2, 2017 was released in disc 2 on the Blu-ray disc version of the Final Fantasy XV Original Soundtrack Volume 2.
