Varghidpolis is an enemy in Final Fantasy VII Remake, encountered in the Collapsed Expressway and Sector 7 Slums following the collapse of the Sector 7 plate in chapters 13 and 14, "A Broken World" and "In Search of Hope". It is also fought in the Shinra Combat Simulator during "Three-Person Team vs. Team Ragbag".
Players can learn the Enemy Skill "Self-Destruct" from Varghidpolis' Apoptosis. Varghidpolises are weak to 
Ice and susceptible to physical damage, making 
Ice Materia and 
Elemental Materia a good pairing in a strong character's weapon.
