Description
The Vampyr Fang is a loot that can be stolen from the Great Tortoise (loot 4), or by completing the missions "Showdown" and "Otherworldly Visitors". It is needed in order to create the Ebon Blade, Soulsaber, Diabolique, Kain's Lance, Heretic Rod, Death Claws, and Ice Shield.

Although vampiric entities have been recorded in many cultures, and may go back to "prehistoric times", the term vampire was not popularized until the early 18th century.
