RE: Sandbox[]

SC Campaigns[]

Hey there! I'm a big StarCraft fan, and I saw that some time ago you made a bunch of SC custom campaigns that were praised by some of the users on blizzforums. I saw this listing however, it appears that most of your campaigns are currently offline. I was wondering if you could perhaps zip them up, upload it and send a link my way? I have played a lot of starcraft custom campaigns and I would love to play these too. Thanks very much and I hope you have a great week. --Dynamo128 (talk) 15:41, May 12, 2020 (UTC)

Sorry, those campaigns are long gone on my end. I've seen some various SC forums in the past discussing my campaigns too, but I'm not sure if any of them has the map. There is one I found through Google though, "The Mar Sara Missions" Episode I, in an archive here. Anything, unfortunately they're probably lost to time. DrakeyC (talk) 17:33, May 12, 2020 (UTC)

FFVI location pages[]

Very much enjoy the new ones, big improvement, amazing maps!Keltainentoukokuu (talk) 16:19, June 6, 2020 (UTC)

Thank you. It feels good to be back on the Wiki editing and bring FF6 up to date. DrakeyC (talk) 17:06, June 6, 2020 (UTC)

RE: Tagged redirects[]

The current idea was to create individual pages for everything (like Apocalypse (Final Fantasy VII), or Masamune (Final Fantasy XII)), and where one does not exist (yet) link to the redirect. The redirects are supposed to be categorised and then the category can be used as a list of everything as well as the list page, like Category:Weapons in Final Fantasy VI. Not just weapons, but everything! So that google can find it better, or something, because before if you searched "Apocalypse FFVII" you won't get the FFWiki necessarily in the top. Then when/if we'll make more individual pages the links are already correct, or a lot of them, hopefully.

Is my understanding of the situation!Keltainentoukokuu (talk) 19:19, June 12, 2020 (UTC)

Makes sense all around to me. Thanks. :) DrakeyC (talk) 19:22, June 12, 2020 (UTC)

The newly written FFVI character pages+accompanying gameplay pages are great improvement from the previous ones! Really enjoy seeing them.Keltainentoukokuu (talk) 00:22, June 20, 2020 (UTC)

FFVI SD artworks: They're really good quality for being "cobbled together"! Adding origin info to the file page would improve transparency, but annoying to do when there are many files.Keltainentoukokuu (talk) 16:09, July 12, 2020 (UTC)

Yeah I think that would be good, just to be clear where the image came from. Like the file description I put to this image kinda thing.Keltainentoukokuu (talk) 16:22, July 12, 2020 (UTC)

New sprites[]

I didn't know you can put field sprites in the enemy infobox. This is a revelation!Keltainentoukokuu (talk) 05:00, 8 November 2020 (UTC)

Genius. I think it looks great and was also annoyed by not knowing where to put some sprites in FFVI enemy articles, like the eight legendary dragon ones. What else can we add? :D I want "recurring appearance" link, like "Flan (enemy)" for "Flan (game name)". (Though maybe the idea was that the enemy infobox is not too information dense.)Keltainentoukokuu (talk) 15:02, 8 November 2020 (UTC)

Edgar and Sabin[]

Good info! I think this kinds info could be a note. I understand that all twins have older/younger distinction in Japanese since the seniority system is in the culture and language, whereas, at least where I'm from, twins are considered to be the same age, and who was born first is more of a curiosity that only the immediate family is aware of (and so the English localizations of games don't tend to mention it).Keltainentoukokuu (talk) 17:05, 21 November 2020 (UTC)

FFIV Yayake Yake[]

I added three Yayake yake images with the same name. Please delete those. It has been a minute since I have done editing so sorry about that. Rococolle (talk) 20:00, 1 January 2021 (UTC)

Special:Editcount/Username (used in {{User count}}) & Special:Editcount/Username/Main (used in {{User mainspace count}}) no longer work after UCP migration[]

These two userbox templates called special pages that automatically gave us our edit counts for this wiki:

But after the UCP migration, those special pages no longer work, and the two userboxes now fail to properly render, thus breaking infoboxes that call such userboxes. How are we now going to auto-retrieve edit counts in order to fix the userbox templates? ‐‑SilSinn9801💬 04:43, 5 January 2021 (UTC)

I knooowww but people love shipping. Most frustrating part about being on a site that anyone can edit is that everyone can edit it, but we just have to let them, just edit the same thing a million times... ... year after year... ... Deep breaths.

I wonder if the Ultimania writer was shipping there themselves! Cloud is too emotionally stunted to be with anyone. He needs therapy, not a girlfriend! If he had a gf she would feel obligated to be his therapist and that's just not fair. Advent Children Part 2, Cloud goes to therapy...Keltainentoukokuu (talk) 17:26, 16 April 2021 (UTC)

Opera Omnie[]

Do a let's play of Dissidia Oper Omnie

Dissidia quotes[]

Oh! Well good to know. I don't really know what is going on with the Dissidia pages. The red links to Dissidia NT etc in the infoboxes really bug me, too.Keltainentoukokuu (talk) 19:51, 23 August 2021 (UTC)

Yay if they get moved! I will love it.Keltainentoukokuu (talk) 20:28, 23 August 2021 (UTC)
My eureka moment was discovering the "crop to content" image editing function. Life hasn't been the same since!
I love all the moved articles, woo, thanks for moving them.Keltainentoukokuu (talk) 17:19, 25 August 2021 (UTC)

Please stop spamming r/finalfantasy[]

The subreddit has enough trolls, please stop contributing to it

I don't know what you're talking about, I've not posted there in several days and I don't troll. DrakeyC (talk) 04:44, 26 August 2021 (UTC)

I downloaded it and I don't really know what anything is, but I can see find and replace and settings for it.Keltainentoukokuu (talk) 15:54, 7 September 2021 (UTC)

I try to log in with the new logins I made for myself for the Intangir Bot, but it just says: API returned the following error: 'The "login" module requires a POST request.' ???Keltainentoukokuu (talk) 19:14, 12 September 2021 (UTC)
Following a google search I think you're trying to log into an old FANDOM url (a http url or a Wikia url maybe). When you follow the instructions at community wiki do you synchronize to or is it something else (a wikia link or http maybe?) Cat (meowhunt) 01:09, 13 September 2021 (UTC)
OH. I found where it was wrong, thanks. I put it to "custom" instead of "fandom" because I'm stupid apparently. Previously it still found pages with the "make list" function so I thought synchronizing with the wiki worked, just the log in did not. Okay okay next time I want to move and relink I will try it!Keltainentoukokuu (talk) 17:27, 14 September 2021 (UTC)

SUCCESS at using AutoWikiBrowser to relink. Thanks for telling me about it.<3 Much faster.Keltainentoukokuu (talk) 16:23, 29 September 2021 (UTC)

Nikeah/ Settei Shiryō-hen[]

Hi! I only recently saw your reply on the Nikeah talk page. The 700 years of peace might refer to the world peace council in -735, and Gestahl came to power in -20, so technically the world had peace for 710 years :P I still don't get how this relates to the founding of Nikeah though...

Also: I know this is much to ask, and it's all good if you'd rather not, but would you be able to somehow share the screenshots, perhaps through a Google folder? I've been trying to get a hold of them, but I've had no luck so far. I might look for someone who reads Japanese who could help us out. I'm really dying to extract as much information as possible, as I've become really invested in the world of FFVI! --CrappyScrap (talk) 19:20, 5 October 2021 (UTC)

Sure, I can pass them along, I've several FF6 scans you can have. Link here. Whatever translators can gleam from them, I'm all for it, I adore FF6 and any tidbits are welcome.
As to Nikeah, that may be it but am not sure. All I can say for certain is that the numbers 700 and 500 are clearly visible, as is 208. DrakeyC (talk) 23:39, 5 October 2021 (UTC)
Awesome, thank you so much! CrappyScrap (talk) 08:21, 6 October 2021 (UTC)
I've been experimenting a bit, and works wonders! It's not THAT accurate, but it still works much better than I had expected. CrappyScrap (talk) 17:04, 6 October 2021 (UTC)
Sorry to bug you, but which book are FF20AU2 and FF20MU2 from? I just gotta make sure I don't mix up the citations in case I add something to the wiki. CrappyScrap (talk) 20:23, 6 October 2021 (UTC)
FF20AU is the 20th Anniversary Ultimania, FF20MU2 is the Memorial Ultimania Vol. 1. DrakeyC (talk) 20:24, 6 October 2021 (UTC)
