Minor editsEdit

Hey, thanks for fixing the links to the Poison disambig. Would you mind using the minor edit function when you're doing such edits? It helps with RC viewing. Thanks. 8bit 02:55, 17 April 2009 (UTC)

Very well. I may not know crap about FF, but I am a helpful editor who can take constructive criticism.--Bek (talk) 02:57, 17 April 2009 (UTC)

Also, I know you're fixing all the broken links and such, but could you please refrain from fixing them on people's userpages and in the userspace, for future reference? It's considered a breach of nettiquite doing so. Thank you. - +DeadlySlashSword+ 00:17, 23 April 2009 (UTC)

That include walkthroughs?--Bek (talk) 00:19, 23 April 2009 (UTC)
Walkthroughs are fair game, I believe. - +DeadlySlashSword+ 00:21, 23 April 2009 (UTC)
Schweet.--Bek (talk) 00:22, 23 April 2009 (UTC)
Thanks for your help in the Wiki, if you sometime need help when it comes to Final Fantasy, don't doubt to ask me, I always want to make new friends around here. --TenzaZangetsu 23 April 2009(UTC)

Link fixingEdit

Thank you so much. If no one else does all the linking, it's usually me who ends up doing it (and almost everything around here for that matter :3). The only way I could love you more is if you fixed the links for Haste (*hint hint*). :D  ILHI 18:13, 10 May 2009 (UTC)

That is actually what I was going to do next. However, I probably won't start on that until tomorrow.--Bek (talk) 18:14, 10 May 2009 (UTC)
Yeah, thanks for finishing up the Poison links ^^ I can usually only keep concentrated for about 30 at a time before I go off and do something else o_o;... 8bit 18:17, 10 May 2009 (UTC)
Love the Find (Ctrl-F) tool and the ability to open a page in a new tab with the mouse's scroll wheel. It increases the productivity of repetitive tasks A LOT.--Bek (talk) 18:19, 10 May 2009 (UTC)
Heh: The way I'd usually link is open eight pages at a time, scroll through the tabs (Ctrl+Shift) and click "edit this page", then hit Ctrl+G, Ctrl+V, scroll down, insert summary, save page, Ctrl+Shift and repeat. Firefox allows you to use a find and replace technique with Ctrl+F. Hurries up tasks like reformatting A LOT. And linking. Of course, in the case of Poison and Haste, you'd have to decide which option to link to because the articles were split. When I was linking, I just put "[[Haste (Status)|" in my Ctrl+V and typed "(Ability)|" whenever I needed to link to that. I'd use middle-click, but I'm working on a laptop without a mouse. I used to be able to press left-click and right-click at the same time to get the same effect, but since my laptop brokedown, and I got a new computer (in the laptop) I can't.
Using this method means you can link about 1000 pages in about five hours straight (I think it was that long :3) if it's just from one link to another after moving.  ILHI 18:27, 10 May 2009 (UTC)
Were you also the person who fixed the links to Ice, Holy, and Dark? If so, you are officially awesome. Sorry for hijacking your talk page, but ILHI brought up something I wanted to ask: How does your Find tool work? I had a version a while back that popped out of nowhere. It appeared at the bottom of the screen and highlighted the searched term in blue on the page. Now it's gone and I have the inefficient version again. Can either of you help me get the other one back? 8bit 18:34, 10 May 2009 (UTC)
I did the Dia, Gravity, Ice, Fire, and Water pages. There might be a few more, I can't remember.--Bek (talk) 19:09, 10 May 2009 (UTC)

Buffy Edit

I highly advise you watch it, it's quite cool. I haven't watched Firefly, but I understand the protagonist plays an evil preacher named Caleb in Buffy's final season. For the show itself, have a sampler of it's epic awesomeness. Drake Clawfang 05:50, 10 July 2009 (UTC)

Tekken Edit

You must be twelve years old if you like Tekken.--GrammarMan 18:48, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

Where the hell did I say that I like Tekken? I've never played Tekken, and have absolutely no interest in it! In fact, the only edits I've made in the past couple months have been a handful of mainspace edits this week. Get your facts straight. Is somebody impersonating me?--Bek (talk) 21:46, November 4, 2009 (UTC)

I am just kidding, anyway how are you?--GrammarMan 17:34, November 5, 2009 (UTC)

I consider myself borderline inactive and have no desire to come back simply to socialize. No offense, but that's just my decision.--Bek (talk) 23:21, November 5, 2009 (UTC)

I like you.--GrammarMan 12:48, November 6, 2009 (UTC)
