Once you're there, at 00:00, SAVE.
Fanatics will appear, strike them a few times to fight them.

If you've defeated all of them and they haven't dropped at least 1 Sickle of the Faithful, RELOAD.
Its effects active when using Heavy Slash, and since we're only going to use 1 garb with that effect, we only need to get 1 Sickle of the Faithful at this point.
After you've gotten one, Save again. Good job.
After the 2 encounters I had used 2 Potions, 4 remaining.
Sell abilities and medals at the Outfitters.
Run to the Graveyard phone booth and pick up the phone.
Pick up all the ground shinies.
At this point we want to get stronger garbs, which leads us to the Miqo'te garb in Yusnaan.
But first a small detour. This let me arrive at Yusnaan at 02:15, which is enough for a certain sidequest that cannot be completed after 3AM. If you are planning to use Chronostasis or are confident in your speed, take the detour as I will.
Otherwise, head to North Station and to Yusnaan.
Run to the Avenue.
Climb the ladder to your left. Behind the boxes in a treasure sphere is the Twist Headband.

Complete any quest for Chocolina if possible.
Take the train to Yusnaan.
The time is 02:15 (for me).
We now have the Teleport ability, allowing us to use EP to warp to any station visited (and a few other spots). So that's neat.
Accept all Chocolina's quests to your left.
At this point, time is of the essence. You can either ignore all quest givers and enemies (as I will), or use Chronostasis for a personal challenge.
Down the stairs, pick up the Blitz from the treasure sphere.
Important! Read the flier next to the sphere regarding the chocobo girls.
Speak to the chocobo girl to the right of the flier.
Run down all the stairs and you'll find another chocobo girl on the left side.
Continue downwards, and you'll find yourself faceing a Personal Guard and a Flanitor. You can simply ignore them, however.
Run up the ramps to your right, and follow the path to the 3rd chocobo girl.
Run back, and at the Cactuar statue continue forward.
After the fountain, and the fortune teller, take a left into the ally.
Don't get stuck behind the treasure chest.
Dash up to the final chocobo girl. I'm not kidding when I tell you I spoke to her at 02:59.
If you made it you've been granted the Miqo'te Dress, one of the most powerful in this challenge. So save, you fool.
What makes Miqo'te Dress so powerful is not only that it is the only garb with both an offensive and a defensive ability, its Magic Slash also deals both physical and magical damage. So it's the perfect addition to your physical and magical garbs.
We only have 3 hours left at this point.
Examine the poster for the Chocobo Girl's Phone No.
Open the treasure sphere for the Mage's Gloves.
Run back to the fortune teller, and accept their quest "Free Will".

Run to the Forge in the Champion's Quarters, selling all abilities and medals, ending me with 12,410 gil.
