1. You can vote for up to TWO fighters in any regular tournament match, except for semifinal and finals matches.
2. All voters must be registered and signed in.
3. All votes are subject to discretion and may be removed in extreme cases.

		Welcome to the Tournament of Champions, where the most popular characters from tournaments past fight again to see will claim the ultimate crown. Dissatisfied with the results of a previous tournament? Now's your chance to change that! Here's how it works: Every character that made it into the top 16 of their respective tournament is entered, for a grand total of 64. Combatants are seeded by initial round of defeat. For example, this first round, which will take place the next four weeks, will consist of all of the combatants who were eliminated in the quarterfinals of their respective tournaments. Those who emerge victorious this round will move on to face those combatants that were eliminated in the semifinals of their respective tournaments. Essentially, for each round passed in their original tournament, a bye week is earned in this tournament. Besides the above seeding method, all match-ups are determined randomly. There will be no four way fights, only one vs one match-ups, the same method as used in the conference finals and finals of regular tournaments. Vote wisely.
