History[]

Uran-Mafran was the former Minister of Manustery put into the position by Koru-Moru when Zonpa-Zippa disappeared. During his time as a minister, he was contacted by the spirit of Garazu-Horeizu and Uran-Mafran agreed to resurrect him. He abandoned the Ministry leaving no trace, determined to gather energy from the avatars to resurrect the Maelstrom Mage. He used his hypnosis magic to make anybody he crossed him to forget him so nobody could stop him.

During the Rise of the Zilart, the adventurer stopped Uran-Mafran's criminal activities, although the latter was able to evade capture and escape.
