Two-headed Dragon (2ヘッドドラゴン, Niheddodoragon?), also known as 2-Headed Dragon and Twinhead Dragon, is a recurring enemy in the Final Fantasy series, mostly appearing as a boss and as a reference to its original appearance in Final Fantasy III.

Two-Headed Dragon is a boss fought at Earthgift Shrine, exclusive in the Game Boy Advance and later remakes. It fights only using physical attacks, and is the easiest of the bosses in Earthgift Shrine. Defeating it yields the Bard's Tunic.
Final Fantasy III[]
Two-Headed Dragon is a boss fought at World of Darkness at the northeast portal. It attacks with exceptionally powerful physical attacks which may inflict Silence.
Final Fantasy IV: The After Years[]
Twinhead Dragon is a boss fought at B12 of the Depths during the final Tale, and fights using powerful physical attacks as well as level 3 elemental spells and Constrict. Upon defeat, it will drop the Holy Lance.
Final Fantasy XIV[]
The Two-headed Dragon (ツーヘッド・ドラゴン, Tsūheddo Doragon?) appears in The World of Darkness in reference to its Final Fantasy III appearance, though as a regular enemy rather than a boss. The Five-headed Dragon takes its place as a boss in the same duty.
