The Twinscythe, also called Toe Cutter, is an enemy in Final Fantasy VI.
Stats
Battle
It normally only uses physical attacks, but when attacked has a chance to counter with Drainsickle, restoring its HP.
Strategy
Fira and other Fire-elemental attacks work well against them, as does Strago's Aero Lore.
