Twin Moon (双月, Sougetsu?, lit. Twin Moons) is a recurring ability in the Final Fantasy series. It is a Limit Break ability for Golbez in his spin-off appearances.

Dissidia Final Fantasy and Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy[]

Twin Moon is the EX Burst for Golbez, where the player must input three chains of commands within a time limit. If the player fails, Golbez crushes the opponent between four boulders. If all three commands are input successfully, the Shadow Dragon paralyzes the opponent with Binding Cold, followed by Golbez casting Twin Meteor, conjuring a barrage of meteorites to attack.

Twin Moon is an ability learned by Black Mage Golbez at level 101 (7★). It costs 120 MP and has a 5 turn cooldown. It reduces Dark resistance by 100% and Light resistance by 120% for 3 turns to all enemies, increases the damage modifier of Abyssal Quasar, Abyssal Quasar+1, Abyssal Quasar+2, Abyssal Scythe, Barbariccia's Power, Binding Cold, Black Fang, Cagnazzo's Power, Jet-Black Fang, Rubicante's Power, and Scarmiglione's Power by 1.5x for 4 turns, enables access to Warlock's Quadruple Barrage for 5 turns, and increases MAG/SPR by 250% for 4 turns to the caster.

Twin Moon is the Limit Burst for Golbez at 4★. When fully powered, it deals 1 hit of Dark magic damage with a modifier of 3x to all enemies.
