Tunneler (アンダグランダ, Andaguranda?), also known as Andagranda, Undergrounder, Earthquake Centipede, Centpede, and Groundpede, is a recurring enemy in the Final Fantasy series. It first appeared in Final Fantasy IV.

Undergrounder is an enemy fought exclusively in the Game Boy Advance and later versions of the game at the Whisperwind Cove between floors 30-40, being a dangerous foe due to its constant usage of the Quake spell.
Final Fantasy IV[]
Tunneler is an enemy fought on the overworld map in the Underworld. It attacks often with the Earthquake ability.
Final Fantasy IV -Interlude-[]
Tunneler is an enemy fought at the Sealed Cave area, and later as a boss in the Tower of Babil. It uses Earthquake in both battles as well as the Constrict ability, and in the boss fight, will counter all attacks with Earthquake and uses Constrict as its normal attack.
Final Fantasy IV: The After Years[]
Tunneler is first fought as a boss in Ceodore's tale in the Mist Cave, then later as a normal enemy during the Crystals Tale around Damcyan and Agart. In both battles, it will constantly attack using Earthquake as before.
Final Fantasy V[]
Undergrounder is an enemy fought at the Gil Cave, attacking with Earthquake constantly, making them into a high threat without the Float spell.
Final Fantasy Dimensions[]
Tunneler is an enemy fought at Cave to Deist and Cave to Yggdrasil, and while not being a difficult foe, they have access to the moderately powerful Earthquake skill.
