Troy Edward Baker (born April 1, 1976) is an American actor known for his many notable roles in several major AAA titles. He voices Snow Villiers in Final Fantasy XIII and its sequels.

Troy Baker has voiced several characters in other video games, his recognition starting by voicing Yuri Lowell in Tales of Vesperia. His roles include Booker Dewitt from Bioshock Infinite, Pagan Min from Far Cry 4, Delsin Rowe from Infamous Second Son and Joel from The Last of Us, and many other notable roles that include voicing Hawkeye and Loki in animated adaptations of Marvel comics since 2013. He has also voiced Excalibur from Soul Eater and Second Greed from Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, both projects being from Square Enix.
