Triple Staff (三節棍? or さんせつこん, Sansetsukon?, lit. Triple Staff), also known as 3-Part and Gold, is a recurring weapon in the series.

Appearances

Final Fantasy III

3-Part is the strongest nunchaku in the original NES version, usable only by the Monk and Ninja classes. It provides 25 Attack, and can be bought for 3,000 gil at Dwarven Hollows or found as treasure at Tokkul.

Final Fantasy Legend III

Gold has a nunchaku icon before its name. It has an attack power of 40 and it can be found inside the Northeast Shipwreck in the future.

Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy

Triple Staff is a level 30 pole that provides -377 HP, +83 Bravery, +38 Attack, and Initial Assist Charge +20%, but can only be used in the Labyrinth. It can be obtained from the shop by trading 1 gil and Rage of Conflict.

The three-section staff, triple staff, three-part staff, sansetsukon in Japanese, or originally sanjiegun, is a Chinese flail weapon that consists of three wooden or metal staffs connected by metal rings or rope.
