Treant is a plant/golem-type enemy from Final Fantasy XII. It can be found outside Eruyt Village, among other areas, within Golmore Jungle. They are also fought along with the Elder Wyrm and during this battle, they are not docile. Two are also fought in the Zodiac versions' Trial Mode in Stage 15.
Treants are docile until attacked and tend to cast Protect on themselves. The Treants in the Branchway and Greenwathe zones yield 2 LP. Treants can rarely be poached into a Bhuj, a mace.

- A variety of golem, having a body like the trunk of a tree. Indeed, they are known for their habit of blending into wooded surrounding, silently waiting to bring their massive fists down upon any who disturb the peace of the forest. It is said they are the manifestation of the forest's lament at the loss of trees to the jaws of insatiable industry.
