The Traveler is an enemy in Final Fantasy V fought in Barrier Tower. She uses Time Slip to inflict old, and may be easily controlled to teach this skill to a Blue Mage.
Should the player have missed purchasing it earlier, Dream Harps are both dropped by and stolen from this foe.
