Tractor can assist a White Mage, with a subjob of Black Mage greatly. Tractor can drag a KO'd character, to the caster of the spell, Assisting to Raise that character, if they are KO'd in a place where the caster would normally get "aggroed" (Where an enemy attacks a character.) This spell fails to work correctly if the KO'd character does not accept to be have Tractor cast on them, or if the KO'd character has had Raisepreviously cast on them, though they have not accepted the Raise.
