(Toshiyuki Itahana, 板鼻 利幸?, lit. Itahana Toshiyuki) is a game director and character designer for Square Enix. He was responsible for introducing the "super-deformed", or chibi style, to the Final Fantasy series. He worked as a character designer under Yoshitaka Amano for Final Fantasy IX, and is the chief character designer for the both the Crystal Chronicles and Chocobo spin-off series. He is also the director of Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers.

Toshiyuki non-Final Fantasy related work includes doing character illustration for Makaitoshi SaGa (The Final Fantasy Legend in North America). His first game as a director was Code Age Commanders, an action RPG for the PlayStation 2 that he also contributed artwork for.
