Sector 5 Slums Monitor, To Aerith's House, and Leaf House Delivery are quests in Chapter 8, "Budding Bodyguard", in Final Fantasy VII Remake, taking place in the Sector 5 Slums. Having reached the Sector 5 Slums Center District, Cloud Strife escorts Aerith Gainsborough to her house and stops by the Leaf House nearby.
Completing "Leaf House Delivery" will unlock the bronze trophy, Say It with Flowers.
Walkthrough[]
In the Center District, follow Aerith to the Sector 5 monitor, where a cutscene commences. After it ends, follow Aerith to her house through the district. Along the way, she will interact with non-player characters; wait for her dialogue to finish and continue following her in each instance. Continue following Aerith into her house for a cutscene.
After the cutscene ends, head upstairs and explore the house, then downstairs, and Aerith will arrive with flower baskets to deliver. Follow her around and pick up flowers on either side of the road using 
. After three are gathered, Aerith will tell Cloud they are ready. Return to the Center District, and head left to the Leaf House to deliver the flowers, commencing a cutscene.
The flower arrangement on the side of the school is either a chocobo (choosing a yellow flower always results in chocobo), a moogle (choosing a white flower without any yellow results in moogle), or a cactuar (three foxtails). The resulting arrangement will not affect the story or affection mechanics.
Aerith will leave the party and encourage Cloud to explore the town.
Around the Center District, stores can be visited. A Materia Vendor sells the "Costa del Sol" theme, as well as 
Revival Materia, which provides very important abilities and is worth a purchase. Chadley can also be found nearby to obtain new materia from any Battle Intel objectives. If unlocked, 
Steal Materia is very valuable, though all of his materia are useful. After talking to him, he will mention that he can develop 
Summoning Materia as Cloud defeats a summon in VR. The first available is a battle against Shiva for the Shiva Materia. This can be done later with Aerith in the party during "Requests for the Mercenary", or simply done now; Cloud should equip the Fire Materia, and if possible, pair it with 
Elemental Materia to improve his normal attacks, as well as Ifrit. In battle, focus on casting 
Fire or Fira against her to deal considerable damage and pressure her, as she can take significant damage when staggered. At the weapons store, a Caliginous Bracelet is available along with previously obtained armor; this armor piece is very good for materia use, but is expensive at this stage. Finally, in the western end of the district, the song "Tango of Tears" can be obtained in a jukebox.
To proceed, head to the very center of the district and talk to Oates. After this, return to the Leaf House where Aerith is found. This leads to the next quest, "Danger in the Hideout". There is a bottle of ether in a pot in the Leaf House classroom.
