Titan appears in a scripted battle in Final Fantasy IV, as well as in another optional battle in the Lunar Ruins, found only in the Advance and Complete Collection versions of Final Fantasy IV.

This is a scripted battle. Once Cecil and Kain go into battle with the Girl, she will summon Titan into battle. Titan will use Earthquake and the battle will end.
Etymology[]
The Titans (οἱ Τῑτᾶνες, hoi Tītânes) were members of the second order of divine beings in Greek mythology. They were descendants of the primordial deities born from the Chaos, and they preceded the gods of Olympus, who went on to overthrow them.
