The Tiny Mage, also known as the TinyMage, is an enemy in the Final Fantasy series.

Final Fantasy IV[]
It can be dangerous because it can counter all physical attacks with Hold and all spells with Osmose.
In the 3D version, it casts Fire, Blizzard, and Thunder regularly, and counters magic with Osmose. However, it no longer counters physical attacks.
Final Fantasy IV -Interlude-[]

The Tiny Mage can be found on the Overworld near Damcyan.
Final Fantasy IV: The After Years[]

They are highly resilient to magical attacks, so using physical attacks is the way to go. They will generally attack with either a Fire, Blizzard, or Thunder spell each turn, and will counter any physical attacks on it with Hold while countering all magic attacks on it with Osmose.
