"Tifa's Theme" (ティファのテーマ, Tifa no Tēma?) is a track in Final Fantasy VII soundtrack, and it is Tifa Lockhart's personal theme, following her in her various appearances in the series. It was composed by Nobuo Uematsu.

"Tifa's Theme" first plays at the beginning when Cloud Strife, Barret Wallace, Jessie, Biggs, and Wedge return to Seventh Heaven after the bombing mission, and Tifa and Cloud discuss their past. It also plays during flashbacks involving Tifa.
During "Planet's Crisis" that plays during the ending FMV, parts of "Tifa's Theme" play alongside the main theme when Cloud saves her in the crumbling cave.
Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children[]
The piano arrangement from Piano Collections: Final Fantasy VII plays during the final scenes, and when Tifa and Marlene go to the Sector 5 slums church. This version was included in the movie's soundtrack as the fifth track of the first disc.
"Tifa's Theme" also plays during the special feature "Reminiscence of Final Fantasy VII."
Last Order -Final Fantasy VII-[]
"Tifa's Theme" was arranged twice by Takeharu Ishimoto for the soundtrack of Last Order. The first arrangement, "Beyond the Death," is a dramatic remix and the seventeenth track of the Before Crisis -Final Fantasy VII- & Last Order -Final Fantasy VII- OST, while "Brief Reunion" is a piano arrangement more faithful to the original theme, and is the twenty-second track of the aforementioned album.
On the Way to a Smile[]
"Tifa's Theme" was arranged by Takeharu Ishimoto for On the Way to a Smile -Episode: Denzel- Final Fantasy VII and was titled "Hearts Entwining -Tifa's Theme (Arranged)-".

"Smash 'Em, Rip 'Em", an energetic remix of Tifa's Theme plays when playing as Tifa and Aerith in Corneo's Mansion. "Those Days Are Gone" plays when Cloud has a memory of Tifa in Aerith's house.
