As they leave Costa del Sol, the party bids farewell to the sun and fun in exchange for a new member: Yuffie. With this energetic ninja in tow, they follow the black robes in the direction of Mt. Corel-a once-thriving coal mine, and a location that evokes more than a few emotions in Barret.
Description
Chapter 7: Those Left Behind is the seventh chapter in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. It comprises Cloud and the party's visit to Mt Corel and North Corel. Seeing that Yuffie is introduced to the party at this point, the chapter has heavy emphasis on her, including a section with her as the party leader, with the unique ability to throw her weapon outside of battles, mainly to destroy boxes and activate switches, alongside access to a grappling hook which the player then has access to for the rest of the Corel region.
It is the game's equivalent of Barret's Past from the original game.
