The following is a list of items in Theatrhythm Final Fantasy . Items act as a type of ability, acting automatically during a stage when certain conditions are fulfilled. The party can only equip one item per stage and the item is consumed if used.

Used at the beginning of the Music Stage. Increases the success rate for probability-type abilities by 50%.
Ribbon
Used at the beginning of the Music Stage. Increases chances of receiving rare items.
Giant's Tonic
Used at the beginning of the Music Stage. Increases party members' max HP by 15%.
Bacchus's Cider
Used during BMS and activated at the beginning of the Music Stage. Increases party members' Strength by 15%.
Sage's Wisdom
Used at the beginning of the Music Stage. Increases party members' Magic by 15%.
Hermes Sandals
Used at the beginning of the Music Stage. Increases party members' Agility by 15%.
Miratete's Memoirs
Used at the beginning of the Music Stage. Increases EXP received by party.
Molulu's Charm
Used at the beginning of the Music Stage. Receive only CollectaCards upon clearing a Music Stage. Easier to get new cards.

Used during BMS and activated during the Feature Zone. Ensures that you summon Bahamut if your summoning is successful.
Magick Lamp
Used during BMS and activated during the Feature Zone. Ensures that summoning will be successful despite any misses.
Shuriken
Used during BMS and activated when a monster's HP dips below half, causing some damage. (Very low strength)
Fuma Shuriken
Used during BMS and activated when a monster's HP dips below half, causing some damage. (Low strength)
Antarctic Wind
Used during BMS and activated when a monster's HP dips below 1/3, causing some damage. (Medium strength)
Bomb Fragment
Used during BMS and activated when a monster's HP dips below half, causing some damage. (Full strength)
Zeus's Wrath
When monster's HP falls below 75%, deals very high damage.
Brigand's Gloves
Used during BMS and activated before using Steal ability, guaranteeing that you successfully steal an item.
