"The Final Battle" (最後の闘い, Saigo no Tatakai?) is the final boss theme from Final Fantasy IV. It was composed by Nobuo Uematsu.

Template:Sideicon As aforementioned, "The Final Battle" is heard during the battle between Cecil Harvey's party and Zeromus at the Lunar Core. In the Advance and Complete Collection releases, it also plays during the battle with Zeromus EG.
"The Final Battle" was rearranged by Junya Nakano for the Nintendo DS release of Final Fantasy IV, and is given the same use in-game as in the original releases, as well as being used for the fight with Proto-Babil. This version was released as the nineteenth track of the second disc of the Final Fantasy IV Original Soundtrack.
