Final Fantasy Wiki

A Hyur hailing from Eorzea who appears in the tales of the world of Hydaelyn. Although he claims to be a wandering bard, Thancred is actually one of the Scions of the Seventh Dawn, and heads an investigation being conducted in the desert city of Ul'dah. While a smooth-talker with a fondness for women off the field, the way he effectively overwhelms his opponents in battle shows no signs of delicacy. In the past, he lived as a thief on the streets of Limsa Liminsa until he met a sage by the name of Louisoix who persuaded him to turn his life around.

In-game description (3★)

Thancred is a summonable vision and optional playable character in Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. He serves as a character representative from Final Fantasy XIV. He could be obtained as a limited-time raid summon available during the events March on Ifrit, March on Titan and March on Garuda. In the March on Ifrit raid, he could be obtained by reaching 20,000 event points, or by spending Ifrit Raid Coin Ifrit Raid Coins at the special Raid Summon banner, which also dropped Trust Moogles for him. In the Titan raid event, Thancred could be obtained by reaching 302,000 event points, or by spending Titan Raid Coin Titan Raid Coins. In the last raid against Garuda, Thancred was given as an individual reward at 207,000 pts or could be summoned by spending Garuda Raid Coin Garuda Raid Coins. This event also introduced a crafting recipe for True Follower's Oath (increases HP/ATK by 15%), which requires Follower's Oath x5 to craft.
