Tempest (烈, Retsu?, lit. Fury), also known as Quadra Slice, Bushido Tempest, and Blade Fury, is a recurring Bushido ability in the Final Fantasy series. It is most commonly used by Cyan Garamonde, and is the upgrade to the Flurry ability.

Tempest is a Bushido ability used by Cyan and Gogo when equipped with the Bushido command. It is learned at level 44 or after defeating Wrexsoul. It inflicts 4 hits of unblockable physical damage to random targets with a Battle Power of 70 while ignoring Defense.

Final Fantasy Brave Exvius[]

Tempest (FFVI) is the Limit Burst for Doma Samurai Cyan. When at max rarity and fully powered, it deals 4 hits of Earth physical damage with a modifier of 150x and reduces Earth resistance by 130% for 1 turn to all enemies. In addition, it increases Earth physical/magic damage by 25% and LB damage by 150% which cannot be dispelled for 1 turn to the caster.

Blade Fury (必殺剣『烈』) is the Limit Burst for Cyan at 4★. When fully powered, it deals 8 hits of physical damage with a modifier of 2.7x to all enemies.
